Jess & Ollie had a lovely winter wedding at Holdsworth House at the end of last year. The evening reception was a cosy and intimate affair with just the closest family all together for a meal and speeches. The room where the wedding breakfast was held had been transformed into a marvellous cosy space, with the vintage crates covered in flowers and candles, together with foilage covering the fireplace and middle of the table centrepiece. The stunning cake was simple yet oh so elegant.
Earlier in the day I made the most of Jess and Ollie being so close to each other for preparation so went to capture some images of them both getting ready. We had dream weather having had the snow a few days before, the sky was crisp with just a light sprinkling of snow remaining, with that perfect autumn light as well! The marriage ceremony was held at the St Michaels Church in Mytholmroyd, and packed to the rafters with friends, and family. Welcomed into married life with an always fun confetti tunnel the couple were surprised with a guard of honour from friends in the local cricket team. Before heading over to Holdsworth house everyone popped over to the local Pub the Hinchliffe. Working closely with Jess and Ollie the wedding planner Michelle Taylor pulled together the perfect winter wedding day.
